The documentary series “Circular Economy for the Solar Photovoltaic Sector” presents an unprecedented analysis of the challenges and opportunities of generating value from solar waste in Brazil. “Energy Justice and Just Transition” is a free online course created in partnership with Instituto Pólis. It covers the right to the city, energy access, and the energy transition, with practical classes on financing and implementation in social housing.

The document brings together proposals for municipalities interested in implementing social solar energy initiatives and leading a just and inclusive energy transition in their cities.

The guide was developed to support community leaders, civil society organizations, public managers, and companies interested in implementing social solar energy projects. It explores how distributed solar generation can enable collective and productive energy use in social, educational, and cultural institutions, while promoting self-management and the creation of green jobs.
